Contact Management enables you to easily keep up with today's complex network of key people. It gives you the needed flexibility by allowing unlimited contacts and locations per company, and unlimited contact numbers per contact. You can setup different price levels for your customers, classify your contacts to create instant lists by type, assign contacts to each location, and assign locations to each contact.

You can initiate activities with clients by having the KiBizSystem call, fax, email them. You can broadcast faxes and emails to selected groups of contacts. You can have the system set-up automatic follow-up activities, and manage these follow-ups with a dynamic management list and calendar view.
