Here is the profit center entry screen. Profit centers can be companies, stores, divisions, departments, or however you choose to define them. The printouts of system documents such as quotes, invoices, and purchase orders will reflect in the header the logo and address of the profit center the document was created from.

Users can start their day off right with an inspirational quote on the KiBiz Main Menu. Quotes can be added, edited or deleted easily. Quotes can be chosen by categories to display the type of quotes you want to show for your company.

When a quote is turned to an order and an purchase order, you can pre-select the vendor to buy the item from. However, if you want to make more informed buying decisions you can have all items to purchase show up on the new Buy Decisions screen. Here items from many sales orders can be grouped, to gain quantity break price advantages. Also, the pre-selected vendors that you buy this item will show up on the select vendor value list. The last vendor that you bought this item from will also be visible, along with the last cost you paid. With this kind of data, you can make better purchasing decisions.

Here is the inventory tracking dashboard. Items can be tracked at each stage of the order process. Whether it is order pending shipment, a purchase pending receipt, a sale, a purchase, a return, or a back order, you can know all that is process with an item. Also, you can see what available inventory you have in each warehouse location. If, you are tracking items by serial or lot number you can see their status easily. Initial inventory counts or subsequent counts can be entered as adjustments. This will be added to the inventory log, along with all other transactions that impact the inventory, so you can know at any given day what the value of the inventory is.

To track the serial number or the lot number of a specific item a place is provided in the PO Receive screen. Here all the serial or lot numbers of an item can be entered, and then posted to the inventory where they will show up on the serialized tab in the Inventory screen. On the Fulfill order screen, a specific item can be assigned to an order from the drop down list of all available serial numbers. This pop-up Serial No. entry screen will create just the number of lines to enter serial numbers that have been received. Upon exit, it will check to make sure the serials numbers entered are unique. If, an item was partially received, it will create a shipment id, and allow you to post to the inventory as many times as needed.

To make it even easier for users to work fast and efficiently new action automation buttons have been added. Once order processing preferences have been set up, with the click of the Process Order button a quote is turned to an order, purchase order, work order, and/or production order. Quotes and Invoices can be emailed, with the click of a button. Each major data entry screen contains these new Action buttons that can be used, in addition to the regular KiBiz Action menus.

Quotes, Order Confirmations, Purchases orders, Invoices and more can easily be turned into pdf documents and emailed with the click of a button. The email functionality can also be used to send faxes by using services like eFax, that will receive your email and then fax it directly. As part of the automation the From, To, Subject and Message of the email can be scripted. This feature will save you time and effort from not having to print out forms, address envelopes, find a stamp, and put them in a mailbox.

Inventory can be tracked by each warehouse. All sales, purchases, returns, and serialized items will be logged by the warehouse assigned on each transaction. In the first screenshot the warehouse is selected, and then in the second one the purchase log is seen for that warehouse location.

There is the capability to add a Multi-level Bill of Materials (ML BOM) that can go as many levels deep as needed. The inventory levels for each component part will be tracked along with the finished goods inventory. This feature is only available upon request.

To motivate and provide clear direction to staff performance, here each staff member can enter their individual goals to align to the business goals. Business goals are set up in the Company Set-Up area, and Staff Goals will be set up in the User Dashboard. Each goal will be given a time period, weight, and rank.

The power of KiBiz is dramatically extended by adding the capability to directly connect to outside Customer databases such as Amazon.com. By using EDI or XML connectivity businesses can bring in purchase orders from customers electronically, that will automatically add the customer names, contact info, and order info into the KiBiz Contact and Sales modules.

KiBiz has integrated the third party NRG UPS software to allow our users to take advantage of thousands of hours of programming. This UPS Ship module incorporates the UPS World Ship features, so that UPS rates can be looked up inside KiBiz, and UPS Ship labels can be printed. This eliminates double data entry into a UPS computer.

Once the Business Goals for each Business Area are set up, then in the Staff area, each staff member will be connected to the Business Goal. A group of Staff members will then own this Business Goal, and KiBiz can be used to measure the achievement of the Goal.
