It allows you to do dynamic searches by a date range to find the availability of your product or service. This complex search capability will save you a tremendous amount of time and money in itself.

You can track all labor, subcontractor, and expenses for the event. There is a shipping screen to be utilized by the shipping department to handle the shipping and receiving of equipment. And there is a maintenance screen to manage the cleaning, inspection, and repair of equipment. There is a similar event view to show at a glance all the key data for an event.
