Production Planning Database	used to coordinate the manufacturing of products. This database enabled users to enter all key planning dates, track the production process, and tapped nightly into 3 Oracle databases and an AS400 mainframe database to bring key data to one place so that it could be viewed and digested easily. It is used by over 100 users in 6 different departments who rely on it to give them a quick overview of where all products stand.
Product Price Search Database	used to generate immediate price quotes on over 2000 products. Enabled users to conduct complex searches with the unique feature of dynamic pull down value lists.
CD Rom Production Database	that is used to produce interactive edutainment CD-Rom's. Over 50 databases work together to serve as many as 100 users over a network both locally and remotely. This unique and innovative database saved the client hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars, as it transformed and automated many of the work processes.
Competitive Intelligence Database	used to store and track key information on a company's competitors. Contains dynamic tagging and searching methods to find data by market, by product, by issue, and/or by keyword. The intelligence is then compiled to form detailed profiles of each competitor.
Purchasing Sourcing Model Database	to store and track key information for all suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors for raw materials needed. Allows for entering of key quote and price information, supplier performance ratings, and specification confirmations and changes. By using dynamic relational screens all suppliers for a given spec can be seen and then drilled down into to get more detailed information.
Opinion Leader Database	to enter and search key profile data on the opinion leaders in an industry. Provides a place to enter key affiliations, educational background, key associations, publications, and achievements. Allows for tracking the entire contact history with each leader.
Video Tape Libary Database with Bar Code Scanning	used to keep track of field video tapes for a television show. Gives user the ability to create a bar code label for each tape, and then to easily locate the tape in database by scanning in the bar code.
Printing Job Log Database	used by a printer and copier to track printing jobs easily. Computes printing prices based on multiple printing or copying requirements. Sends out emails to customers when job is done.
Pharmacy Prescription Ordering & Tracking System	used to enter and fulfill patient prescriptions. Manage physician data, along with patient data to automate the process of filling prescriptions.
National Sales Rep Database	used to easily locate key data for sales representatives. Provides multiple views to search and see data. Keeps tracks of letters, proposals, phone calls, faxes, and other correspondence with sales force.
Industry Conference Publication Indexing System	used to publish a briefing for conference attendees. Built-in auto indexing allows user to put together booklet in a few weeks to build indexes by subject, by category, by type, by rating, by relevance. Saves a team of people hundreds of hours.
Industry-wide Directory Publication	with interactive publishing capability in Quark Xpress This database is used to produce a 700 page directory for the entertainment industry. The data is compiled, categorized and stored in the database, and then exported to Quark Xpress for full publishing features. An interactive linkage is set-up between the database and the Quark document to allow for updating of changes make in the database, or in Quark.
Quality Control Tracking Database	for scheduling and tracking quality control tests on product samples. Provides extensive reports on the status on each sample. Dynamic search criteria screen allows for focused searches to find samples by product, by facility, by method, and/or by type.
Event Scheduling and Tracking System	for entertainer booking and contract processing. Schedule performances, set venues, manage events, and manage customers contacts. Send out from the database group emails, faxes, or regular bulk mail to customer lists to announce events.
