These services, include one on one coaching sessions with executives and managers to clarify their goals, and inquire into the breakdowns that may occur, in trying to reach the goals. I have tools and exercises that I offer to clarify the vision and mission of your business. Once the vision is clear we then work on designing specific and measurable goals and strategies to realize your vision.
I also offer many tools to achieve breakthroughs in performance based on the tools of the "Winning at Work and at Life" and the "Breakthrough Technology: Creating the Work Life You Want" Programs that I developed as the Founder and President of Ki Learning Systems since 1986. These tools have been used by individuals and companies nationwide to produce powerful breakthroughs in performance.
I offer a free introductory coaching session, that is done using video on Skype.
I then offer a series of 5 sessions to define the mission, vision, purpose, and goals of your business.
I also offer a series of 10 sessions to work on the implementation of the vision and goals, looking specifically at what are the personal and organization challenges that need to be understood and met in order to achieve success.
Tracking business goals and staff performance are also one the key benefits of having a business management software like KiBiz. Within KiBiz a company can set up their business goals and then link staff members to be responsible for achieving these goals.
